Song of Valli

Every moment my longing for you
is on the rise, you nifty Valli

Right now, in this foot hills
along the river bank shall I join you - In your
patriotic tamil songs shall
my heart burst with pleasure - In the
mass of your dark tresses, glistening lips,
slopes of your bosom, with love - shall I
embrace you and find the pleasure
of immortality here and now.

The white moon spreading its rays
covering the sky, you see - In this
well lit night, to join you in lustful union
and become one with you - lose my
mind amidst your smooth curves
and forget everything else - oh my
clear wise love - to blend as one
with you do I wish, you see.

Like the boat that goes round and round
wihtout leaving the pond ever - to not
leave you, but tease you here and there
without leaving your body for a moment - Oh
my sweetheart, with a face as radiant as
the daybreak's sun - to kiss you,
shower more kisses on you and again
to kiss and mingle with you did I come.

Protection of the creator I seek

This line has the following potential interpretation:

The poet is seeking to protect the creator (or) is seeking the "protection" of the creator.

I would change it to

The creator's protection I seek.
